That's not bad for a WR. I'm waiting to see what my YZ426 is going to get once it is finnished being dual sported.

Could I impose on you to ask if you can route all the way through Whetstone? It appears to be at least a nice playground in there, you need to have a look for yourself.

I think I have a couple of gas line right-of-ways plotted near Viola, but I thought most of it is private farms. Are they riding gravel, or gas line, or private property, or something else?

Sorry to hit you so hard with this, but I am trying to put together a route through the Northern Panhandle. I have routes now from the Southwest part of the state around and through the Eastern Panhandle, they are free for the asking. One week of vacation this year may in fact be spent poking and prodding your way.

Got my first ride of the year in this morning. It finally got warm enough over the weekend to change my driveway from glacier to mud bog. So it was around 40 this morning, 40% chance of rain and the main road was clear, time to ride. It was good to be back on 2 wheels. Little chilly in the river bottoms. Just a spot of ice on the road in Harman at the DOH.

Good ride though. Got to try out my new Etymotics ER6i earspeaker things. They are pretty nice. Good sound isolation, close to the Howard Leight Laserlite ear plugs I use. Could listen to music at low volume and didn't have much rumble from wind noise.

Hey Mike, when is the fling, I'm too lazy to search this morning.

Actually I was thinking I might do that. Kinda cheating since it right next door but it will keep it moving I suppose. I do have a cool spot to drop the next tag in mind.

there were some pucker moments this morning. Several spots looked very slick/frozen but actually weren't. It was much colder in the low areas than I was expecting but the only ice I saw was in Harman.

Thanks Mike, I'll be watching for that post. Going to try to make it this year.

From the looks of the downpour outside my window right now, the roads should be pretty clean by the time I head home. From the looks of the radar, I'll be getting washed too.

Not that I know who you're talking about.

I'll be there. Besides, Kay and I have a little salsa challenge that needs to be settled.
