Best looking road bike of all time:

i'm sure there's been one of these threads already, but i don't wanna take the time to search, so there ya go.

anyway, in your humble IMHO, what is the best looking road bike of all time???

here's my pick, i think, so hard, but yeah, i'll say this:

yeah, i know, it's a track bike, but you could put a few discreet little lights on it.

This bike started my love affair with BMW's, and I still think it is the best looking bike on the road.

I'm glad to see others appreciating the beauty of the 999.
Pierre Terblanche and Hans Muth pumped out some designs that were both devisive and ahead of their time.

Here's my #2

The Guzzi is amazing but for me it's anything from the 916 Family tree..

So far, the only stock bike I've ever seen that I wouldn't change a thing on.

The best looking bike must be Italian, really, when you think about it. Not the best working perhaps. But the rules have been layed down, street legal production road machine. If none street legal bikes were included, then hands down it would be the Britten 1000. There are so many great candidates. But there is one machine that stands alone, probably the grand daddy of collectability, yes, I present you the MV Agusta 850 America. What every sporting machine wishes it could become.

Ciao, Steve
