Looks like a pile of junk to me. The engine looks like something from the 60s before Honda showed the world how to build a 4-cyl. Is it air-cooled? I don't see enough fins. Is the big thing under the engine some sort of cooler? The exhaust looks 70s. The body work looks homemade.

+1, and thanks for posting MY FIRST BIKE!! Bounced around Morocco on this, southern Urup, too. And I was absolutely enamored of its looks -- I thought it was a jewel. Much more to scale than big brother CB750. Fork gaters, cheezy pressed-steel megaphone exhaust tips...loved it.

But, back to the subject at hand...a nicely done Beemer for your consideration.

You've never drag raced 2 strokes. It does make a difference. I do hear ya... but Just sayin. Stacks do have a place even if it's unquestionably NOT on a daily rider.

Take an ordinary object and build it from brass copper and wood and go all "ndustrial revollution" with it. Think of the giant mechanical spider from the movie Wild Wild West. On and for the actual humans... give all the characters the hollow eyed thousand yard stare and you've got it.

I really like the new VFR. I loved the old 25 yr anniversery special VFR800 RWB paint job.

But . . .I am a big Griso fan, too:
