I hope, I can lend a hand to help us out toolin on the bikes. My desired wrench list is very long but an easy one would be to just swop out my dog bones. They require 55 pounds of torque. Anyone have one have a torque wrench to bring? I'll bring some blue and red lock tight, and a few hand tools. I couldn't fine my big tire wrenches and riim guards(think they are in the mountains) but do have 2 small 8inch ones I'll bring. Does anyone out there know of any dual compound tires like michelin plots series but are dual sport?

I have a torque wrench, long tire levers, rim protectors, bead poppers, pretty much everthing needed on that front...
Also welder, grinders, etc, etc... hey, I build vehicles for fun.. :) I really need to go to the next slow drag- I could clean up- I pretty much do this all the time at stoplights..

The plan was a little tech day at my place in Ladson on the 5th. So just over a week away. We will just be tinkering around on whatever projects people would like a hand with. So far the only confirmed person will be doing a Klr doo install and valve adjustment.
Who else plans on coming? Either to work on their bike or just hang out and lend a hand. I have a decent sized 1 car garage, long drive way, and plenty of tools. Plus I have much more tools I can bring home from work. I have 3 torque wrenches to cover all ranges from 6-200+ newton meters. So if you let me know the bike and intended project and possibly known tools required that would not be in a standard tool box I can get a list of stuff I will have to bring from work. There was also talk of coolers and a grill being brought as I have neither. Nor do I have the means to pick up said items. Unless I can strap them down to the top rack of the Klr. So if you got any input or questions let me know.

 From the driveway to the garage.  And the garage itself. And I promise I will have cleaned up before everyone gets here. It's a mess right now. And I didn't mention earlier. While I do not have a cooler info have easy access to a fridge. So just let me know.

Got a conversion chart from Newton-Meters to Foot-Pounds? I can never remember the conversion factor....
Your garage looks great in comparison to mine. Not gonna go there....
