11.926" center to center
The 10mm height adjustment is set in the middle so you can lengthen or shorten it about .197"

That should work great on the ninja. The cbr shock I'm using is 12" eye 2 eye.

Any idea how much travel? Let us know how it works (and soon)

Oh it will be soon. I'm chomping at the bit right now to leave work and go put it on. It should give the same travel as Kawasaki specs for the Versys 5.7" as opposed to the Ninja 4.9"

Not sure that would work in the opposite direction but perhaps.

Mine is plenty tall enough right now. I actually shortened the new Elka shock to it's shortest length after trying it out. It came in the middle of the 10mm adjustment. The new shock is a bit on the stiff side. With no preload I only have about 1 3/8" sag and 1/4" static (if that). I'm going to mess around with the damping some more but I think I'm going to end up requesting a sligthtly softer spring. It definitly works better than stock but it's not the plush feel that I was hoping for.

Pegs

Tonymorr,

How does the peg location feel in stock? Do you have an idea to move them forward?

Peg location feels like a comfortable sportbike. Not the best for this type of bike. I do have an idea to move them. Hard to explain what I have in mind. The part I don't have figured out is the shifter. If I just move the peg and shorten the shifter it will have a very short throw. Need to figure out something better.

I am on my way to look at a 650R now.

You've just described the CBR shock I'm using

I can't measure static sag as the swingarm is bottomed out on the muffler. Soon to be replaced muffler as my local Meineke will make a midpipe for a can/slipon.

tony, why so little adjustment? 10mm doesn't seem significant, especially if the goal is to level out the bike with a fork/wheel change.
