Nice scooter Hatch. Here's my new toy. May even find it out on the trails eventually.

Great Ride today

Well MotorMike came over from Tally and we could muster up only 9 other people to ride with him.

We had a Honda two Kaws a ATK a VORs a Husaburg and bunch of KTMs (sing like the 12 days of christmas).

rode 66 miles of pretty good stuff if I so say so my self. Great bunch of guys. And of course NO INJURIES.

Didnt take but two pics... here they are...

why are these so small???

I enjoyed the ride today Vic. Thanks for the envite. I found out that my new Trac-Master II front tire is not to my liking and will be gone before I ride that bike again. The unintentional dip in the stream crossing was brief but refreshing, and resulted in getting my drawers wet for the rest of the ride. The ride was really fun except for the rock roost shower from Steve and Wayne. When my hands started cramping up - I started making mistakes so I slowed down. I'm getting some of my strength back and hope to get a little better as time goes on. Can't wait until hunting season is over.

Got to say a big thanks to all of you guys. Ride, weather, and people were top notch. Can't wait to do it again. Appreciate you guys allowing me to ride my old brick amongst your much faster (and lighter!) scoots. In all, I lost the handguard (thanks to my 2mph dump in the 4 foot deep sand on that second big section), my ghetto rigged fix for my fender bolt that broke the other day, and apparently I hit a root a little too hard on that last blast to the campground as the tube in my tire is officially KAPUT.

All in all, hats off to you guys. Put me in my place for how fast I thought I was

Steve was wicked fast on that 690, even with a worn out rear tire and problematic shifter.

So much orange!

Hurricane lake.

"The brick."

Can't wait to do it again (hopefully with better suspension and rear brakes).

Motomike - glad you enjoyed the ride and took a few pics. We are bad about not taking pics.

Now you know why we call it a fast burn ride... I was not planning on that quick of a pace but everyone was right there all day so I streatched it out a little. You did amazing well as did Jay on the KLR...

We hit most of the good stuff you can get to on a one tank ride...

Secial thanks to Barney for running tail end and keeping us all together...

I think this group of old farts has surprised a few other younger riders as well...

The part I liked best about todays ride.... 10 riders 65 miles 0 injuries.

Gotta love it..........

Yeah Vic, I should have paid less for an incomplete bike.

Thanks for leading a good, fast ride. No dust and great traction make for fun stuff. That single track Barney took us through was sweet. Definitely a BW must.

Enjoyed the ride today, props to Jay for tossing his KLR around like a 125, gotta get a little quicker on my camera draw, don't see exotic Eyetalian bikes taking water naps in Blackwater everyday.

Congrats on the new bikes Hatch and Rotor.
