Last ride of the year

Weather permitting, I want to hit a few spots after the Rally at the Stagecoach Restaurant.

Chief Red Eagle's grave site isn't far away and maybe visit my old, old pal Mr. Mim's and show yawwl his dozen or so antique tractors.
I'd like to swing by my wifes resting place to make sure the flowers are still ok.

Also, time/weather permitting, I really need to do maintenance on my geocache located at the train tunnel.

It'll be a lot of riding, and your welcome to go too.
Probably need to leave the Stagecoach Rally around 11:30 or so.

Did I miss something? (not to be presumptuous or anything)

This thread moves at light speed. Old timers (like Ineptizoid ) know that at the end of each year there is a big street ride (BEAST Ride) to Stocton Al.

I posted a thread link awhile back or just google Last Ride of the Year...

Just another reason for hundreds of riders to ride, meet, BS, Eat, and Ride back...

Hmmm...

Looks like a good time. It's happening on the last day of my fly-n-ride from Fredericksburg, VA. I'll be leaving from Atlanta that morning towards Pensacola. Not sure if I could make it to Stockton by lunchtime though... that'd be an early morning.

Anyone else going? I'm looking to meet some locals one of these days.

Eric

I would say watch out here for groups that may be traveling together. I am coming from FWB so I will go 98 into Pcola and then up State route 112 to Bay Manette and then 59 up to Stocton. Return will be by northern route via Atmore Floamington and Baker and back to FWB.

Madhouse is planning a longer route up through Alabama.

I will have three or four in my group...

Pointing?

I don't get it.

I'm such an outsider...

Sorry,
Inside joke of some the old timers here so I'll attempt to explain it a bit for you.

I picked up the habit of pointing in some of the pictures I take when on rides.
Something I noticed in late 1800 photos that subjects used to draw the viewers attention to something in particular.

Pointing isn't for everyone.
It involves a bit of nonsense and that sometimes doesn't translate well on the interwebs.
Be assured that my pointing is intended to add something good to this place.
Anything else I do is anyone's guess.

Looking forward to riding with the new folks.
