the high fender on the beast.
and cleaned/washed the plastics for the 990 to get them ready to go back on.
long day.
LONG DAY is RIGHT! Whew - I busted a sweat just reading that! Wow didja get a lightning strike? Must have...

This weekend, I should be getting my chit together for this upcoming Thursday morning SFIII rollout but I gotta itch to go do a lil 4 hour ride somewhere.

Am thinking either Sat or Sun AM at the power-grid farm on S87 rather than the Bronx...(?)

Weekend Riding Plans?

Phil and I have been informed we must sell garages on Saturday morning, but we will plan on riding Sunday. Anyone have any desire to roost about in the heat Sunday morning? Where doesn't matter.

Rode by Brox yesterday.... looks high, dry and lonely!

Yall chime in now ya hear!

You dont quit riding when you get old, you get old when you quit riding.
I don't always ride street bikes, but when I do I prefer VStroms

What's going on guys? This will probably be my last post before I start heading south, but just wanted to give you guys the link to a rider report my buddy and I did during my last weekend in MI. Was an absolute blast!!

http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=588743

If the link doesn't work, just go to the ride reports section and look for MI Dualsport Dayride. The pics really don't do the ride justice, but it was a f-ing hoot!!! See you guys at SF next weekend. I'll be popping in Saturday or Sunday!

All garages are 1/2 price if you take the lawn with it. We have lots of competition around here... lots of people selling garages, yards, lawns and I even saw three family's for sale at one place.

According to the pics and video you are gonna feel right at home in the sand. I can take you to two places down here that look EXACTLY like the pics in you post... unreal.

Looks like you will fit right in with this bunch. Looking forward to meeting you.

Yeah, you're gonna love it here! I have always wanted to ride the Michigan Enduros. Met Dick Burleson at a national a couple of years ago and he says it's heaven!

Dammit man -- that water looks INVITING! Let's hook up a swing rope! FOOK riding! Lets just ride out there and swim and party all afternoon!

Sigh - oh well, after a few necessary appointments and errands - the GREEN FLAG has now officially dropped on the WEEKEND!

Now, with that minutia all done, I just got back from Targe' with an $89 5000btu for another power-out-after-a-hurricane window AC, 3 extra 5 gallon gas cans (to add to my current collection), and the Culligan man should be here any moment now with my regular supply of filtered water, but I told 'em to throw in 5 xtra five gallon jugs just in case...

Now - out to try and fix that sprinkler head...BAH!

Yep it does.
Easily too cause your practically sittin above the rear wheel ( stiff suspension, light weight, sittin directly above the rear wheel = snatch and go). Give the bars a good yank and the front ends up. The rest is up to you to hold it at the balance point or loop it out.

I had two different engine configurations of CT's a long time ago. One was a automatic clutch 3 speed (i think)and the other was a 4 speed (i think) with clutch lever on the bars.
