OK, so I thought that this was easy, but maybe not. Here we go:

1. Google the quoted company slogan
2. Find the location for the company
3. Find a "private" covered bridge approximately 2 miles from the center of the town where the company is located

Hint: This bridge is located on the entrance to a park that owned by (or at least named after) this company

4. Say "Duh" while hitting your head against the closest hard object

It appears that the GPS tracker that I put on Gonnie's bike has dead batteries so I can't track him for you. Yours, however, seems to be working just fine.

I found it by using the website I listed earlier and using the location of his house to narrow the choices from 88 to 1. I just don't have time to go get the tag

Well...

I googled; "where tire repair stuff is made" in Ohio, and got about 210,000 results. At that point I started narrowing it down. I was down to 208,723 remaining results when I saw that the "clues" had been updated by mpenner.

Pretty much the same here, I fugured it wouldn't be too far from the tagger's `stead.

I thought that the fact that my 9 year old daughter was in the photo in a winter coat and a motorcycle helmet made it kinda obvious that the tag was fairly close to my house, but maybe not so much.

You're absolutely right, SlipChip, I should not have caved. Besides, it's killing my tag/posting stats.
