Well, after 9 months, I have a total of 1 tag and I've been Bruced 3 times. New Years Resolution for 2010: Get at least one tag every month. (The heated gear that Santa brought should help.)

I totally rule.

This year will be down in the tag count though. Too many projects, and looking to move... although stay in Ohio.

My hats off to you, MeefZah. Well done!

I thought I might beat you this year, but I went through a long dry spell in late summer with a long trip out of the country and some Bruc'ings. I could not overcome your consistency.

As far as I am concerned, the best part of 2009 was that there was so many different inmates that got at least one tag and that there were so many new taggers.

Hat's off, shirt on!

One of my personal tagging highlights was meeting you and the two of us getting a nightime brucing but still ending up scoring at the Coal Miner's Museum.

Umm.... yeah...

It's time to find a new cop job, after 10 years there.

The only reason I'm still living in MG is because of the job and because my parents live there. They are gradually weaning themselves into a house in Florida, so really I've got no reason to stay here. The only thing I'd really miss are some of the friends I have nearby, but every single one of them rides and we would still communicate with and see each other.

So, when I get a new job, I'll need and want to move. Something rural, with a little land, so I can shoot and ride in my down time.

I kind of have to stay in Ohio, and within a few hours of Marion, because Meredith's girls' father lives in Marion and they need to be able to see each other. Meredith would move, too, once her current classes are finished; and assuming she could find a nursing job nearby. The girls are already on board with it, and now would be the time to do it, before either one is in high school.

I'm looking SE, that area. Another inmate has a good line on pretty great job down Zanesville-way and may have some "pull" to help me get in, plus I've got the creds to walk into a lot of decent LE jobs, as long as places are hiring.

We'll see. Either way, I'm done with this place in short order.

I'd like to move one last time also....neighbors aren't much to brag about. Moving is a great PIA though.

Getting back to tagging.....I grabbed way more than I ever thought I would and I would have ridden way less this year had it not been for the game.

There aren't too many that participate around here but we're lucky that this area has some of the best riding in OH. There seemed to be a lot of tags posted within my grasp because of that.

Some riders seem to be less interested in the game lately but for me it's still a hoot. I've been on new roads and seen a lot of things that I would have missed otherwise. And I really enjoy the "hunt".

Congrats to Mark for maintaining 1st place and thanks to all of you who threw a tag this way every now and then.......

2009 was been bery, bery good to me.

Ditto. It provides a better reason than "just going for a ride" when convincing ones better half about the necessity to ride.

We definitely need to keep the tradition alive of the multi-day summer trips. More for my sake than yours, you seem to hit several per year
