Nut gave the background on this one. Highest point in OH on the National Rd. Route 40, west of Brownsville.

New Tag

All roads to this one are paved except Red Bud and Dutch School.

It's located here. Enjoy the view while you are there. That's a Frazeysburg telephone #

More info

I had no idea what it was. I did the research after posting the tag - so I could gave good clues. I ripped off the two close ups.

I went out for the tag this morning but alas I was too late. So I went to Iron Pony and spent enough for yet another "Free" T-Shirt

Tag. I got all the way out to within 5 miles of the tag and the sky opened up! Hard rain the last couple miles.

A little river beside the bike

But it was a short-lived cloudburst

Next up, take route 772 south out of Chillicothe until you see this. Whoever goes and get this one will thank me - the ride down 772 is very nice and curvy along a rocky streambed.

Taggius Maximus. SR 772 south of Brownsville. Solace was right, 772 is a helluva nice ride.

Next will be this cemetery, located on a three digit state route that pretty much parallels the Scioto River, in a county whose largest city was the first capitol of Ohio.

You get bonus points if your picture has a spooky factor, too.

Tag..... Springbank Cemetery on Rt.104 north of Chillicothe.

I think I'll collect those bonus points, considering my passenger. Most quiet one I've ever had. Usually, they come back screaming and all big-eyed!

Next up...

State park south of Chillicothe. Right at the end of a short three-digit state route. Take an adventure bike down and enjoy the forest roads!

I was almost home from a full day of banging around the Hocking Hills, but what the hell.

Tag. SR 372 in the Scioto Trail State Park / Forest.
