I found several in Ohio.
All were "way up north".
This is the one way out in the NTZ

Off hand I can think of at least 4 places that look like that steve. One in canton and the rest are around massillon/wooster.

The building does have different coloration and a slight difference to the configuration from those others.
And I dont think it is any of the 4 you mention.
