It actually says nothing....that's just the design of the thing. It looks like it might have letters in it............ that's why I hid the name Lebanon on the antenna to begin with.

I hope that I repaid the favor many times. I am still in the game, but barely. I think that I had all of 2 tags last year, even though I am still riding a lot.
