Love messing w/ people. Funny that I finally got my first tag and it wasn't even with my own bike... I'll grab a new one over lunch today. Sorry I don't have a whole stash of images laying around. I hate to stop and take a pic every time I see something interesting. If I did I'd never get anywhere!

I agree with you. I have seen many places to photograph but I am always in a hurry to go somewhere. I make a mental note to return....but hardly ever do.

New tag.

Here's the next one. This is one of those places I've driven by many times and always wondered about but never stopped to check it out. I've never seen anyone use it as a tag before but I may have just not been paying attention. Who knows. Let see if anyone knows where it is. There can't be many old water wheels in Summit County, especially ones that don't appear to be too close to a water source.

Been putting it to good use! Got my first successful tag w/ it!! Kind of ironic that it didn't happen on my own bike... Nice bike but I'm done with it - you weren't kidding about the seat being a KILLER!

I know the feeling. I'm finally back from NYC. I had to quit checking in on this thread, as it was too depressing. I haven't even had the 250 out yet. I should have left it at your house. At least it would be getting ridden then.

Yeah I kind of grew bored of the Strom after last night. Fun bike too but just very different! We can swap back tomorrow night. I'll call you when I leave Cbus.

I was wondering if you had ridden it yet. I picked up a XT250 for Kim. She is taking her class this weekend.

No! After reading this thread, it seems I've missed both Hanging Rock and Flint Ridge. I did get plates for it this week though, so things are hopefully improving as far as me having riding time.

How does she like the XT? Did you get a new FI model?

Give me a call when you get in. You're more than welcome to keep the Strom and ride it some if you want since you've been gone but I agree, TOTALLY different bikes. I'll have to say that I'm VERY happy w/ my 650. Sure it could use a little more pep at times or a little more personality here and there, but it's so easy to ride, agreeable and happy to do most anything you ask of it. I'm very happy with the purchase. I'm not sure I've ridden another bike I'd rather have in the long run. The Vstrom is just plain good at so many things. I'm fine if it's a little luke warm sometimes. It's just a great all around bike. The GS800 definitely has a little more purpose. Quite frankly, it probably ought to have some knobbies on it. Nice bike though. I think I like the direction they've taken it in w/ the 2014 model that's coming. It's funny how people think differently. I thought it sounded pretty nice but the first thing my wife said when I came home last night was "Jon's bike sounds horrible"...
