Tail`rack
It's a combination luggage plate for the 625smc, some 1" aluminum flat stock & some touratech bottle holders I had lying around. Added some backcountry ski straps and soft grab rails. Holds the tool kit nicely. Carries extra gas, water, oil, or some Kettle One. The bike is gett'n about 250mi +/- out of a tank. I've put over 3500mi on since the conversion without mishap, runs stronger than it ever has. -B

cockpit
Pretty basic. gps and small Pelican case(1020series) mounted to a ram plate and arm. EXC master cylinder. Rtt steering damper w/ remote. High risers and currently mounted in the offset postion. This setup seems to have increased comfort over longer rides. -B
