I haven't seen that item in the current powerparts book (USA). but I haven't actually looked for it either. Quick-release plate holder.....Hmmmm.
Looks like an easy way to lose your plate!

I would hope in the mid 40's. Unless racing or you're really heavy on the throttle and like spinning the engine a lot. I usually get 45 with my 2009 everywhere with jd jet kit.
