I think you'll like the bike a lot. I've been critical of it but have always closed comments with it is what it is and what it is ain't bad off road or on. And thats pretty hard for a 250 to pull off. One of the reasons I haven't been more aggresive trying to sell mine is..I'd still like to have it around. I like my KLR but the WR is light years ahead of it in brakes, suspension, and power when both are in the meat of their power delivery. And I like the KLR. Not knocking it. Dual sport bikes probably get nit picked more than most because they're asked to do a lot more. |

Couldn't resist that deal myself. Only went with the Endro saddle/duffle bag system, but hell, have to start somewhere.

Tour Master Super Mini Tank Bag with the strap mounting
I picked up a Tour Master Super Mini Tank Bag with the strap mounting system and it works really well and only $62.99.
I went for the black but it is available in blue! See here I used the seat to tie off of. It fits my Sony handy-cam with room to spare. I picked it up from Motorcycle superstore So far so good! Ohenry

AC-10 front and back
I just installed a set of AC-10's and I like them.
I have used an MT-21 front and a Trackmaster2 rear on my old 450exc which did OK On my 640 I have a pair of D606's and they did great on the trail and on the street it did no do well in mud. I just picked up and installed a pair of the AC-10's and they could tell first that it turns faster than the TW's and are great in the mud! Ohenry

big debate on using specialty wheel paint or powder for rims.
