All fuses are OK, battery is fine, been on a trickle charger all winter. turning over great, just no action from the fuel pump. I just pulled the tank off and checked all the wiring and connections on the pump itself. no go.

Hmmmm....

I think then you've isolated it to the pump itself and the the wiring. I'd double and triple check the wiring. Doubt your new pump is bad.

If it ran before you took it apart and doesn't now, you obviously bumped something or didn't plug something back in correctly.

Kill switch turned on?

Disconnected the electrical plug from the tank, and when they key is turned, it gives a low fuel light on the panel...So there must be some connection going on, because the fuel sensor must be picking up. Plugged the old fuel pump in for kicks and no noise from it when the key is turned on either. I'm a bit stumped.

Any Suggestions?

I also did the airbox flapper mod at the same time, but that shouldn't have caused any thing like this..

Any Help appreciated. I had a window to take a ride with the kids out of the house with Mom this afternoon...bummer.

Sidestand Switch??

new ims fuel tank filter sock avail.
since profil australia has effectively stopped production i found this.

http://www.crfstuff.com/prfufi.html
http://www.split-stream.com/products...xf-ktm-sxf-efi

contacted crf stuff and found out that honda and ims use the exact same fuel neck/cap dimensions. crf stuff have tested the filter and several different ims tanks. they all fit and fit the same as ims use the same cap/neck on all their tanks.

also been using the acerbis locking cap on my ims .
works great.

Well, due to the 12" of #@$%& SNOW that fell in the middle of the night, the Fool's Gold Enduro was postponed til 05 June. We'll try again then.

Honestly, I can't remember another time that the weather affected D36's events more in the last 10 years...

Well, here's hoping I can run it in June with my son
That would be a nice reunion. The first event we ever ran together was the (grrr) last running of the CERA Training Wheels Enduro.

He's due back from London on the 3rd, and if he doesn't take a job down south I'm sure I can talk him into it

Nice looking bike. Looks like you swapped the entire front end with an X (since your forks are black). I'd bite if you were closer. I've been wanting to add an X (or R converted to an X as you have done) to the pair of WRR that we have already.

If anyone within a state or two of Montana is looked to sell your X (or converted R), PM me. Mainly looking for unmolested examples (no mods to exhaust, AIS, airbox, etc.). I'll be in Minnesota visiting family in mid to late summer and will probably look around that area, too. Seems to be a lot more X models in the midwest near big cities than there are out here near the rockies.

...and the transformation to white (natural tank) complete! Now I just need to get it dirty so that nice clean white plastic will match the rest!

Yep. I have to do a little traveling for work that requires me to drive this week. At least I won't have to swap over to the dirt wheels this weekend.
