Did the same on mine last oil change - damn thing is prone to
rounding off. Had to use a big Vise Grip eventually to break it loose and replace it... |

Use a 6 point socket not a 12 pt open end wrench.

Has anyone bought a axle tool (both axles) for their WR 250r yet?
I was looking at Tusk, but they don't have the bike listed.

![]() ![]() Also, excuse the ignorance but, what type of hitch rack is that?? I am thinking in buying a bike but was put off by the idea of getting a trailer to pull the bike. I appreciate it in advance. Thanks |

wrr cooling system
found on long trips keeping the wrr pinned results in the temp light coming on. thinking of riding some rallies with the wrr where high speeds are required for long peroids. any suggestions for 'upgrading' the cooling system?like 2 thermo fans/or simply a bigger radiator.

Trick Black one in San Marcos...
Coming out of my neighborhood Gym the other day I saw one of these that had been tricked really nice as a Motard runabout.
All black with first class bars/clamps, 17's, a few accessories but lean and mean. Sure LOOKED cool.... I dunno if it can carry any stuff. That subframe is really really light! Is there any space under that seat pad to allow a custom seat to be 'spooned' out, wide and level toward the rear? On the COOLING question: XR650R riders know the ropes on this one. Getting a race-proven Thermostat, the proper Cap, and ICE/equivalent does the trick. No need for aftermarket radiators. Also, its probably accidental, but on that bike, moving to the big Sahara tank helps because the shape channels more airflow in toward the coolers.
