I would think that the ram-effect would affect your jetting (I'm guessing here). It also wouldn't be fun in a rainstorm unless you have a way of shunting off the water.

I like Cob's solution, but frankly, I'm not talented (or brave) enough to cut holes in my gas tank. I've been considering a snorkel mounted behind the pilot. I figure that if I move the battery I should have enough room to do some interesting rerouting.

The wife took a ride. She was like a 3 wheel Demon! I couldnt keep up!
