All I need now is someone to post the files on a website for all to easily download....Any takers...?

Kutch
How big a file is it? If it not to big I have a site I can put the file on with a link.

E-Mail 1 and we can test it.

Temps

thought I would add that my bike is still very new with 40 miles on it it WILL start in the heat of the day today. took three tries due to the fact it is like 8 deg today. and that is going by "my" temp gauge not the internet or news. they say its actually only like 4 or something.

weird though is I had some oil drips on the pipe from places I can't see. (maybe 3-5 drips) nothing on the ground, but maybe I s hould not have started the bike. it looked like it was from around the resivor area, but couldnt' tell

I did go around the block in the snow and ice. yeah not the greatest with out studs, but was able to catch a light front tire fade out. luckily my foot didn't slip but anyway
just thought I would add on my bike did today. around the block yeahoo

The files are up but could not get the DXF extension to work so I changed them to DOC. After you download the file change them back to DXF files and bring them to your shop. If anyone can tell me how to get the DXF files to work I will change them. Click each Pic for the file.

Please explain "get DXF files to work" Just about every CAD software supports DXF. What are you trying to open it with?

I still have the DXF files on my site but they will not download just open in a web page. DXF will not work but DOC will. Tell me what I'm doing wrong and I will fix it.

That seems to be a link and download (browser) issue. not a file format issue.

Maybe just .ZIP them, with WinZip or PKZip? DXF files are text files, so ZIPping will really compress them nicely and make for smaller downloads.

Any AutoCad "like" program will open them nicely...

A machine shop with a NC controlled waterjet will be your best bet...
They'll load these right in and start cutting.

Enjoy.

I can get some cut for one continuous cut i guess for $35 flat rate. so if I have a big enough peice I can make a few at once.

curious on what is the best thickness of metal. adn any particular type of metal that works best. I will eventually powder coata them.

any special bolts that are longer?

Thanks Kutch and those that helped get these out.
