sprockets

Is there any particular source of a steel rear sprocket for the X, in the U.S, that seems to be the best?

I'm not in a position to say who is best but I was particularly impressed with the product and service from the sprocket center

Is this a common complaint.
Any ideas or advice appreciated.
How often does this occur? I only really ride on the week ends; mine started doing the same but not if started on a daily basis

Same. I'm in Sydney and I got my chain & sprockets from this mob in less than a week and paid $240 for the lot

Chain and sprocket set from Stephan should only take a week and approx $182 plus postage. Pick your sprocket size front and back.

As has been mentioned above 3-4 times ... use Google CHrome, and have the pages automatically translated. STephan takes paypal payment.

Almost every time it is started. If it has just been running and is started shortly after it won't do it, but if it sits for a while it does it every time.

Sensor measurements etc

Hi,

My X started running poorly after sitting over the winter (tried new fuel, new plugs, still doesn't run cleanly and does not rev completely). My first guess I assume is to check the injector system?

If that doesn't help, I would also like to diagnose it, and figured I should try to take measurements on various air sensors etc to see if they work as they should. I have the complete service CD, but fail to find any reference values and/or things to measure. Anyone have any info on this? Or general hints on what might be the problem

Check that nothing has nested in your air cleaner
