Kevkor - my mistake on HWY 64 in Cali, its actually HWY 74 and is known as the Pines to Palms Scenic Byway. Look on Google maps at the section just west of Palm Desert. It was an amazing twisty ride with good elevation change. The best way to find good roads is get a map, mine were from AAA, then pick the roads that are the smallest line on the map. In my case, I picked the thin black lines. The roads I rode were amazing!

74, that one i see. Excellent! I'm wit'ya on the small curvy map lines. I look for those after I've checked the area on www.motorcycleroads.us website. ONLY way to go when your in the right scenery.

Speaking of Bears. I found out out how to keep the bears from tearing apart my deer feeder every year.

I put up a Goal post.... The Bears won't come within 20 yards of it now

The North Woods Butt Pluggs (Packers to the cheeseheads) will be practicing picking their Beat Asses off the ground all week so they do not have to get stretcher service.

Don't forget to visit the Bacardi Rum distillery while there. And don't forget the pics!

not a surprise, but things just work different down there. Look at the David Ashe article in BMW Owners News, from 12/09. That was our inspiration

Go Herm go. On another note I need advice. A buddy of mine spent the last ten years riding a scooter to work. He went out and bought a Ducati 1000 Classic.Looking for a good school. Guys at work have him pointed toward the harley riding school. Is there a better way to go? Thanks.

Herm, have you ever heard the term , Mule? I'm gonna have a friend meet you at the airprort down in PR.
