Did I come across as snotty??? I didn't mean to. There was never anything to slide.

No pics of the reef tank - finally getting around to finishing up a few things. Maybe after the 1st of the year.



BTW, another close call today. I was in the left lane of the in-bound Ike on the GS doing about 60 and com ing up on a van doing maybe 45 in the next lane over when a cage 2 lanes over doing maybe 35 decides to change lanes right into the path of the van. The van swerves into my lane about 30 feet in front of me and hits the brakes. I likewise hit the brakes and head for the shoulder. Everybody skates by clean. I catch up to the car that started it all - she is completely oblivious (or doesn't care).

I'm still alive! And I will be at the TFT ride, provided the road conditions arent too bad. The cold weather has kept me off the bike for a couple weeks. I have no heated gear, and I am a baby.

Must have been fun having that big power on that wide gravel road.
Havent been up there this year but did love doing it on my F650.
Great to take AA west from The end of the trail out to the Mississippi.
Great roads out that way.
I.m in Chicago and have to go at least an hour out to hit decent roads.

Congratz all around on the bike swap. Very cool. I saw the Tiger sunday last. Its a beauty. And I saw the Sprint ST prior to the swap the sunday before. It too was a beauty. And i was tempted mightily to buy the Sprint for myself. Thus, i lost it due to my dallience. Such is life.
