and not all that close to me...LOL far south side of chicago...and i have my ke100 too...thats a fun little bike, i have the title, and have it registered...i just wish the thing could do more than 50mph...

and i have thought about dropping the 250 into the 100 frame, but the lighting coil on the 250 is busted, and the oil pump needs new lines that you cant get... i dont want to run premix on a streetable bike...

Nothing is going to be close. You're about to lose a mancard for that statement . You cant be any farther than most of us . Stop whining and get the KE ready for a great ride.

uhh... i think i lost my mancard when i bought a ke100, and openly admitted it online...

pic for proof, next to the 250 prior to its ghetto seat repair...

as for close, i would prefer not having to load up the truck to go riding whjenever possible...its a pain to get a bike in with a hard tonneau...without dumping half the gas outta the tank because the bike is on its side....which isnt too great for it, or the battery....

I can see this is going to be an uphill battle , but here it go's . First , nothing wrong with a KE100 , back in the day , bikes like this were all over and still are in other parts of the world due to their durability . Second , LR is two hours away from me . Third , WHAT ! you are laying the bike down for transport ?! get your lazy butt to remove the cover , which will take 5 minuets , and properly transport the bike . Stop with the excuses and go to a great ride . That KE will be a ton of fun at LR.

Oh, and removing the tonneau is a 5min project, removing all the other crap in the bed...mostly tools sectioned off towards the front? Not quite as easy...
