KX I looked at yesterday. All it needed was a "$13 clutch lever" I suppose if you don't mind blown fork\shock and a bent frame.

Only redeeming thing was that it was only a 10 minute drive.

Knee Brace Options in N. IL/SE WI

Enough of the repurposed kids' hockey shin guards, I want some real knee protection and, (like many others have said: "get them BEFORE the knee injury, not after!"), I'd like to get full-on braces.

Where can one go in the greater Lake County IL Metropolitan area to try on various brands to see which ones fit/work the best for me? Generally speaking, I'm not a fan of Nielsen's, but I'll go there if no other options and if they have a good selection.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Cycle Gear maybe? I don't recall seeing much of that stuff though when I was in there. Midwest Action Cycle in Lake Geneva might be one of the best bets since they service the MX crowd pretty heavily.

Hey AG, there is a TM 250 2t on here, its badass...why not buy that fine machine and go racing?
I am a recreational trail rider and fuel tank is too small so I shall pass.

$3000 ....ship it..done...easy decision.
