Thanks Moose.
I have a spare set of tires laying around that could be used for screws next year I'm thinking.
My 8 year old wants to give the snow a try on his KX too.

Question.... I am doing preventative maintenance on my enclosed trailer before it goes to Florida this weekend. I just noticed the axle has an arch to it. It's a tube axle. They don't have an arch put in them for any reasons do they ? I know that sounds dumb but I need to ask before I rip the whole thing out tonight. Has to be on the rode by Saturday AM.
Edit: most are manufactured with an arch. Looks like I'll change the springs since it's apart. :)

I would worry more about Bearings and Tires. Check and grease. I do a walk around every gas stop. I run a tandem axle which gives me piece of mind also. Will be landing tomorrow after a month in Palm Springs.
Sunny and warm every day. I hope I did not miss anything.

Today was my first ride of the year other than around the block. It felt great. The XT225 felt better on the wet roads than the v-strom.

I took the 350 out for the first time on the streets today. That bike is too much fun. Needs street tires though.

How much power does it make ? Are you going to get a motard kit ?

Looks like some great riding down there. I have a buddy that lives in Blue Hole and he keeps trying to get me down there to ride.
