Baldy, et al,
This is from old friends cRAsH and Annie. They had a close friend who lost everything in the High Park fire west of Ft. Collins, Colo last week. This is what was left of his vintage Beemer.

FB Update just now: Michael Gorman Morning started with rain, then clouds, by lunch the sun was out and the day warmed up. Anyhow, things aren't going as planned but if you never had a plan to begin with, did the plan fail? My only plan to to go to the arctic circle, then escort George to Anchorage and make it home alive deciding what to do each day as it comes. My bike is dying a slow death. The left front fork (suspension) seal is leaking oil by the bucket and my left boot and brake rotor are now water proof. Oil is also leaking from my airbox which means I either over filled the oil tank or something is amiss. The front tire is worn almost into the chords so I picked up a used one for $20 and just installed it a few minutes ago. The rear tire is nearing the end of it's useful life span also therefore I have been a sissy on the gas as to not wear it out any fast than I need to. I'm going to shop for MC shops after I finish here to see what is along the way. I also have no rear brake pad left, I replaced them the evening after visiting the circle and they are gone already. Maybe I need to slow down? So, my plan which had no plan to begin with may have to be cut short and hit the freeway back home
