none taken, it's not my pic. I just saw it in the thread and loved it. And being no photographer or photochopper, I didn't notice the blurring until your post .

Are you sure it's photochopped? With a long shutter speed and panning with the rider, everything else would be blurred besides the rider. The spokes indicate a long shutter speed as well.

If you check out dwrads other reports and pics, I think you'll drop any doubts about the veracity of this pic. As I recall, the story was that the particular crossing had a deep spot they were concerned about, so they put that stone in front of it to serve as a "launch". Which would make me shit my pants, but is tame by Dave's standards.

Look at the onlookers' shadows -- the one from the bike would be tough to see given the angle.

Dwrads already has a couple pics on the front page, though. Baldy may take one of mine instead (just to spread the love).

Not too many, actually, between being away at school and working six days a week at camp this summer. That pic was taken last year.

I got to give some props for the Medicine Creek photo. That pic perfectly captures the inner ADVchild in all of us. And it makes me laugh my ass off every time I see it!
