Its been sitting for a long time. I thought it had a blown head gasket because it was blowing coolant out the reservoir. Turns out it was the rad cap.

Now we just have to get fano to get his on the road. Im pretty sure it hasn't seen dirt since Baja 08. :(

I've been looking at big bikes. Thought I had a deal on the silver one but alas. The price on SE's is crazy. I think in 07-08 you could get one new from the dealership for around 9k. Now I see used ones going for 11-15k???? I've never seen a bike appreciate like that.

Sure, but I'm mainly just looking and getting a feel for whats out there and what it's worth. I think what I really want is an S spec Adventure for longer, touring type rides. Someday I want to do an extended ride south. I don't think I'm man enough to ride those big ass bikes in the shit.

I love those pegs by the way. Last ride I really started to get a good feel for taking corners on dirt roads at high speed standing up and riding the inside peg to steer. Kind of feels like when you're skiing on groomers and using your downhill ski on the inside edge. Maybe I'm crazy and rambling, but it feels way stable and you can rail around corners on dirt roads without checking speed.

Just realized you mean zugg and not hilsamer. Tell zugg I'll trade him a set of long pegs for his SE.

Double Moo likes to spend his whole weekend doing a 15 minute oil change.
Maybe he could sponsor an oil change tech day, night, weekend......

There will be some rides coming now that the mountains are clearing up.

In the world of current/recent production thumpers, where does the DRZ-400 family sit on the buzz spectrum?
Yeah, that's a resonable basis to compare the two. A Singer sewing machine would seem
buzzy compared to an ST.

I do have a DR400. Once the numbness sets in you don't notice the buzz anymore.
You also won't need a medical vasectomy. Win, win.

This one actually looks pretty clean and good bling.
I think the safari tank is a high dollar item that I would want.

I'm definitely stopping here when I get to Chile.
