bummer, but look at the bright side, in the long run these generally heal up better than ligament or cartilage injuries. Keep us up to date on your progress. Hope to ride with you again after you heal
Damn! That sucks, but this is a good point....the bones will usually come back to 100% after a bit. I've never been on mud so slippery as we have in Utardia....it scares me pretty bad now on the big bike. Hope you heal up well!

As I recall you don't need mud to test gravity.

(Do you know how long it took me to find these photos?)

Nice find Pluric...I'm starting to see a pattern with your involvement on each ride. I'm beginning to think we are your entertainment.

Nooo. Who me? Enjoy watching the carnage? Dan's tank slapper and your mud bath.
Hick's cow bitch slap, cliff dive and record setting 950 drops on the Utard 700.
Frog's new 990 turn signal removal technique.
Fano's ability to vent riding pants with a decent Tiger drop and slide.
KMC1's random "Here's a nice spot to bust some shit up".
Utahquido river wash job.
Todd-Squad and his sleeping Strom......

Ya know, you might have a point. I guess it is pretty entertaining.

I have the photos to back all this up. Thanks to you all for making the rides
special for the rest of us!

A recent decision to lease nearly 100,000 acres of Utah’s Book Cliffs for oil and gas exploration has shocked sportsmen’s groups, whose leaders contend the unroaded portions of these state lands are more valued as wildlife habitat than for its energy potential.

Several groups have been aggressively lobbying to protect these state lands when they learned last week that the Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) board agreed on Aug. 20 to lease the land in Grand County to Anadarko Petroleum Corp., a global player in energy production.

Ha! Those are just old mtb shorts that are worn out. I'm sure you figured that after a detailed analysis of the photo. Modeling the trajectory of a true blow out would certainly had more of a southern trajectory. I'm glad you were concerned enough to study and notice...

(dig the look on Pluric's face!)
