That was some of the coolest single track I've rode. Thanks Kev, let's do that again soon.

Mini RR - The backroads of Cascade spgs & Midway

Infidel & I decided to investigate the backroads of the Midway area. We attacked via Guardsman Pass. Shortly there after, we discovered a fatality...

Here you see Infidel inspecting the victim. At first we thot it was Pluric, the fuzzy belly & all. Not so. No yellow Vstrom or hammered KLR. So we went on..

We breezed down to Cascade Springs...

We picked up the road at the "north" end of the springs & wound our way up on top looking for a lunch spot...

Unfortunately, we could not find any pretty areas to ride so we returned to home..

Maybe another day..

Smart ground hog. Just like Infidel's wife, he has learned to play dead
when he is around.

Seeing how Infidel has "assumed the position" the bikes weren't the only thing ridden hard and put away wet.

Hey Hick, mind if we send a couple of suits over to answer these
troubling questions for you?

Hey Infidel, when was the last time you adjusted the valves on your XRR? I've been doing mine every 1000 miles, and it's needed it!

..thanks for ruining for me...ya big dumb dream killer.

But since you need to know, this is what I was thinking,

My valves haven't been adjusted for just about that many miles......they don't sound loose so I haven't really thought about attacking that job........I'd like to hear you had to tighten yours when they started to clatter....the boys at Thumpertalk seem split between frequent adjustments (like you) and longer intervals.....1500-2000 miles.

My XRR pretty much doesn't do the slab miles that you do on yours, how much DOT rubber do you burn? I'm on the same set of 606's for the past 1.5 years....and still pretty knobby.....
