Looking forward to riding with you guys. My knee is feeling much better. I should be available for the next excursion into the land of Vernariel Desiese!

Great job on the rebuild and cool pic.

Thanks for all the offers! I found a bike-pool heading down saturday morning. My normal beautiful, fun-loving pit crew is going to a family reunion.

Maybe I can find you guys and at least have someone familiar to keep an eye on my gear??

I've been searching pretty had for a dirt road that would take me from skyline into the morgan valley on dirt and I think Smith Creek is the only thing that comes close to makeing the connection. If you follow smith creek down hill on the map below there is another dirt road (if we did connect hopefully it is not gated )

Anyway, just a thought and time for a drink.
I coincdentally went down Smith Creek today, as far as I was comfortable in going on my own anyway, it did not seem to go anywhere. I went well past the two microwave antennas. One of the roads that seems to go to Morgan, stops just before a cliff.

By grouping those two mfgrs into the same slash, you are now open to a "front wheel kick" at the first opportunity.

We are riding mf tomorrow meeting at the trailhead at 6pm. I abreviated the
trail so we can keep it on the dl. Anyone is welcome to join in the fun, just bring me a beer!

Hmmm. Well, that was my best bet for how to connect from skyline into morgan.

Does anyone know of a dirt route that connects skyline to morgan?

I thought a dl was too big of a bike to do the mf trail. At least I won't be putting my dl on that trail any time soon!

You guys have fun!

The only advice you gave me was "You are Old, go slow you won't heal well." When you said pin it, I thought you meant a broken bone. Frog good luck on the big race, let me know if I can do somthing for you that doesn't include taking time off. Renn
