It was another 5 Mile day. Had to get out of all this
crap in the valley. About Point of the mountain it started
to thin some. By the time I got to the parking area it was
much better.

The Rhino met it's match on this hill. Deep snow got it
high centered. I was alone and had not seen a single other
rider on the trail. I've got rope and a hand winch just was
a little bummed having to deal with it.

Just in time several quads show up and with a quick yank I'm free.

You forget there is a sky anymore after living in this soup for
a couple weeks.

No photoshop, it really is blue.

What's not to love about shot gun owners???

Well at least they appeared to shoot responsibly...

I want to do a ride some where lets say going south leaving the evening of the 16th of March back the 21st of march in the evening again. I want to camp and not really have a solid itinerary. I am taking my 2001 BMW R 1150 GS. Maybe death valley would be in order or just explore in that direction paying only for gas and food. Anyone else interested? or have any ideas? The dates are spring break and I won't have school and probably will go 2 up on my bike.

I'll ride with ya. I have that weekend off and can probably swing a couple of days off. I don't know how much slab I am interested in, it might depend on the weather. I know trailering a GS is like feeding filet mignon to a poodle, but slabbing to Death Valley on an SE would not be fun. We Utards have a trailer that will handle two big bikes, and I have wanted to ride DV for a long time. Maybe trailer down and set up a base camp?

That works for me. I have a trailer to. I had a nice V8 truck as the earlier post said but my new (1986 2WD Toyota) school truck may not pull two GS's or if it did that is all it could handle. Either way I am cool with that. Send me your contact info and if anyone else wants to go let me know. Maybe we can trailer to St. George and go in from there. Or whatever. I may have a place we can put the truck and trailer in St. George.

If you love your poodle enough some times you feed it filet minion as I like to say.

Depending on some pending family stuff, I've commited to a slab
ride with my Harley Homies.

Tyler's ride sounds more fun, with the exception of camping with
you and trying to find your keys in the morning.
