I think baja is pretty motorbike friendly. I doubt we'll have any trouble from the locals. I would guess the border crossing will be a little exciting, but then it'll just be riding through an endless desert. I'm sure we'll run into a bunch of drunk KLR riders with overloaded bikes that think we're crazy for hauling so much ass. We'll just leave a dust cloud for them.

As for the dog thing. This guy made the best of it. So can we!

All you're doing is spreading some parts out. Get one of these and
put a some towels on top. Quit stalling.

Not to be left out of all this gun fun I've purchased the KLR model.

Cheap, colorful, not much power, reload it myself and you
can't really hurt anybody with it. Bonus, it fits in a milk crate
for transport.

Ryman, aren't you going to Baja or something? How about skipping that Mexican shithole and do a huge loop in AZ,NV,UT,CA and not lose two days driving down there?
Oh congratulations by the way. A trackbaby!

All the same, plus the belt fed ammo. And it isn't going to confuse Pluric. I say you have the perfect weapon for yourself.

What days are we talking here? If given enough time, I may be able to arrange some time off...I may even be able to get a bike running by then.

As far as locale goes, I am a long drive from everything...unless you guys want to do a Big Bend National Park ride
