Chris and the bike got started an hour ago. We are in Mulage on the
coast for the day. Michelle scheduled to pass off the bike in 14-15
hours at San Ignacio. Then Frank through the night and Matt takes the
final leg to La Paz. So far its gone well. Team 202x

Hmmm....Shit happens!

I've even known guys buy clean bikes off of KSL & then the poop out after just a few hundred miles.

Just like Anna Rosanna Danna said "If it ain't one thing, it's another"!

Names, details.

You guys know I only tease on the KTM thing. I still believe they are
amazing bikes that are aimed more at a crowd that can appreciate
what they can do and willing to put up with what it takes to keep
a competition bike happy.

I'm still content on a rice diet. 30 years ago? Hmmm maybe.

On another note, I rode the 300 for the first time yesterday. 8 hours of single track at our lease following two A-riders (I guess that means they are bad asses or something like that). First time on a two smoker and I was flat out whipped at the end of the day - cramping from dehydration, ravenous from no food, slept like a dead man last night. By far, the hardest riding I have ever done short of following frog on single track with the 950 (but that was just a couple of hours).

How about some pics from the ride?

On a side note; anyone looking for a headlight?
Baja Designs front headlight. Very good condition. $60
Can't find a good picture but...you get the picture of what it is. No major scratches or scuffs.

Per the spot, it appears Frog made it to La Paz at 5:51 our time. This will be an interesting tale....

I bet a Utard team racing my bike could do better in 2011.
Maybe you and Pilo should race it. Or you should just solo it.
