Miatre asked via PM if this is ok for non-Spot owners and the answer is YES! I'd even like to set up an out-of-towners page somehow, so SOL outsiders can hit up riders before other options. We could also set up a page for bike parts like Pilo's garage sale thread, only it'd be easier to follow since it's a spread sheet, maybe a tab per bike?

Miatre: if you want custom GPS work done, we'd just have to figure out how long it'd take me a put you to work for equivalent hours...

Funny how it all comes round...

Somewhere I still have a perfect aluminum fender for a 125 Penton that I didn't bother to install. I Bought a Petty & put that on instead. That was a 1973 model...Great bike...

As is said, "I have socks older than that!".

Even with your contribution of "On any Sunday" there is no way to explain how far this game has come.

Right now I'm accumulating parts for a 1000 cc wheel chair. You want one? I pick up a few extra parts!

I plan to skip the Depends & go directly to a 'pilot relief tube". More efficient!

My first bike

I purchased one of these as my first bike in 1968. I wished it was in this condition. I paid $45, it didn't run. Had a spun crank BUSHING (only 1 ball bearing on output side) & a destroyed generator drive chain. Leaked oil like a sieve. I worked on it 10 hrs for every 1 hr of ride time. Man, it was an education!

I have a Jazzy electric scooter chair with the accessory basket
and cane holder on the back. I really do. When I use it in the
neighborhood people think I've broken my leg again.

For now the scooters are my baby step to admitting the grey
is for real.

Eh? What was your first bike Utards?

Here was mine. I wasn't allowed to own a motorcycle so I mowed the neighbors lawn for a summer to put the folks on the spot. My friend had a cr and raced while I putted around on the foothills

First real bike after countless mini bikes was this model Zundapp.
Twin rear shocks. One did dampning the other spring rate.

It didn't take the off road abuse well so the motor was transplanted
into a mini bike frame.... wheelie monster.

I would have to say the Yamaha Trailmaster was the one I
remember best for really letting me explore after school.
80cc of OMG!
