I bought the resin from US Compositis that they sell for this stuff, it's supposed to be quite clear and retain most of the original color. Either way, if I don't like it...........rattle can.

Vacuum bagging would be nice, but I'm not sure I'm that into composites to invest the money into a system.

Nice work on the fairing!

You can always rent the vacuum from an auto parts store, then your expense is just the bleeder/breather cloth, peel ply, and bagging plastic.

I just did it with my KTM 250SX. No problem. Just ordered the parts from Trail Tech, slapped them on and had it inspected. The DMV didnt care one way or the other as long as the Safty Inspection was there.

Thanks MSH, I have a some homemade wiring off a cr250r so I don't know how straight forward it will be
Thanks Trackhead, I heard somebody say that DMV did not like registrations changing the use, off-road or on the road.

I plated my CRF and a Rhino with no mention of their previous off road registration.

Be persistent, and if the person helping you doesn't know how to do it, ask someone else. That's what I had to do, more or less demand it be done, short of being tazed by the security guard.

I went to get a concealed firearms permit, but then I had to wonder 'why hide it?'

That looks like 300 territory, not 650 territory.

How do you like the suspension?

Oh, BTW, I need to introduce you to someone other than Beck. ;)
