After I posted, I thought that may have been an old picture.
The big thing on a Ural is the sidewall strength, so you are limited in 19" tires.
I have run the egg shaped uralshinas and have a Duro on the rear now, and it seems to be holding up well. The dealer in Ohio, heindl engineering, gets $69.95 for them.
Ural rims aren't too round either, so i suggest trying dynabeads in them.
Some of the guys have been running Avons, with great success.

And a few of the guys run Excelsiors. Great mileage, but they suck in mud. I think they run around $80.
