Once I figure out how to add a pic, I'll do so, I'm having no luck doing so., My 2003 KTM 640 R is a sweet ride, after acouple beatings it is getting better. The inital vibrating is calming and the tweeks to the breathing are feeling good. I've only got 1500 miles on the clicker, but I plan some epic rides this summer. Eat Dirt.

We all love a good epic... but until you come up with some pictures so that we can live vicariously through your exploits, you will be known as 1stiski the bastard

Went out and cleaned up the old Exxon Valdeez tank got rid of the :ymca silver stickers. what a freakin byotch that was. they use some kind of toxic sticky shit for those.
next is to just get another petcock for the small tank for back woods scrambles.
then I can just swap back and forth.
Figure this is the only way I'll get more than 80 miles to the tank. this effectivly doubles my range plus.
too bad they can't make a five gallon tank that's got 1/2 thick walls. would save a bunch off weight and space.
now it's back to pig basterd bike.

2002 Adventure.

Emig Racing anti-vibe inserts, Kawasaki bar end weights, RAM mount, rejet, added 6 discs, air box mod w/Uni plugs, rewired headlights so both on when on hi beam, rewired rear signals (trailer adapter) to come on when brakes applied, emmissions removed, custom tool kit holder, bar risers, tail pack, IMS pivot mirror mounts, center stand removed, side stand added, Grifter license plate storage box, and GiVi side cases on Motech racks.

Still to do (for now): LED upgrade for all lights except headlights, Fastway pegs, upgrage horn, '03 seat, quick release fuel lines, and single connector for all wiring at rear sub-frame.

I try to waste time in as many different places as possible... as often as possible.

Velocibiker, Sounds pretty sweet. You comments remind me that I need to rewire my rear turn signals in such a way that they are a bit quicker to pull for D/S rides. The first time I pulled 'em I was a tad P.O. at KTM for their layout. Let me know if you have any success with the Fastways, the ones that I found would only fit RFS bikes. (The Rallye pegs are working pretty well for now.)
