I think I'm gonna go HID. A good thread for you to check out is this HID conversion thread that Dirty Sanchez put together. Some good info in there.

Another option I have been thinking about, basically for its ease of use, is a Trailtech clamp on light that I would just keep behind the flyscreen, mounted on the rallybook holder, and flip up when I need it.

Still weighing my options at this point. I need a new seat first.
I have already put my name on the list with Renazco, stock seat sucks. Thanks for the tip on the HID.

I put an Akro on mine but am disappointed in the high noise level. I'd give Leo Vince a try and see what they have and if it's any quieter?

Difference in frame ?

Is there any difference on the frame´s for LC4 from 2001?
I have found frameguards, the label says LC4 1996-2001 and I have a 2003. Will they fit anyway?

The 620's are noisier than the 640's, and more vibey. But the 620's have more snap than the 640's .......

I need some pictures of the right side of the motor with the plastic cover off... I had some work done and they didn't route everything back the same. I have wires resting on the header pipe...(not smart ). If anyone could please take a quick picture of the right side with the plastic sprocket guard on and one with it off I would greatly appreciate it...

Please tell me what year and model that front fender is from. I would like to swap my stock one out for a newer style front fender.

Thanks!

That looks like a stock 250EXC fender...I had a 00 KTM 250 EXC and looks like the same style.

I might do that, but I don't know which LV would fit. Do you know? I am also looking at the KTM SXC muffler.

Yes, the front fender is from an older model EXC bike. Don't know which exactly but knowing KTM....one fits all!
