The stock exhaust is so heavy that they gave it 3 mounting points...

Yep, the hockey stick is much better...the old stock Supertrapp makes a great boat anchor. I found this one on E-Bay for $40.00 a year ago...supermoto version, no sparky.

by the looks of that pic (all packed up!) i doubt you're worried about it, but fyi, i've got the same can on mine and was able to get a replacement endcap w/ a spark arrestor from promoto billet and a db disk for not too much cash. it sounds like they aren't making these caps any more and what they have on hand is all they'll have.

Hello... Having a tough time finding online what replacement air filter and pre-filter I should get for my 2002 640 Enduro... Pre filter will be used for 5+ day motorcycle trips in the Sahara where I can remove the pre-filter mid trip and basically have a new clean filter... Thx!

Need to order online to have it send to Egypt so I cant go to a store to buy it...

Pre-filter...

I wouldn't be to concerned with the oil filters as much as your air filter in a dusty environment like the Sahara. If your oil runs in your frame and you have an internal & external oil filters...you shouldn't have to worry about your oil/filters for 5+ days.

I use filter skins on my long desert rides. Great thing to be able to peel off and have a clean filter. You can pack a few of these, instead of a new filter. Peel off a dirty one and put another clean skin on.

Also looking at one of these filters: http://www.funnelwebfilter.com.au/ktm.html They claim a lot more surface area, so they breathe better longer.
