Bring the SMH tho' to light the fire.

I heard a lot (all?) of the trees along the river downstream of the bridge have been taken out. Hope not.

There might be the sound of an inline four burbling underwater if he gets up to his tricks at 4 am again.
And the cannon, that will be in the drink too.

Looking forward to another Alpine!

Couldn't afford a 'GSA', so now it's an 'XSA' "I didn't do it! & whoever said I did, is a liar!"

What goes on? Bullshit more than anything.
BYO warm accommodation, it can get awfully cold if you're not prepared. BYO food, grog.
Firewood supplied.

Yeah, but it is mostly biking bullshit, as opposed to work bulllshit, etc

It is a great opportunity to catch up with mates.
Haven't been before, I hear you saying...
Don't worry, you will likely fall in with a group (firesides are great for that), and they quickly become your mates.

Some go for a swim at the (too cold as far as I'm concerned), thermal pool while there. Others go for local day ride trips, especially those more inclined to look for dirt tracks.

Some bring fireworks due it being the Queens birthday and all...

Really;what kind of excuse do you need to go for a ride, along with a possibly adventurous (has been known to snow), camp out?

I am going from the Beechworth area and have heard on the grapevine that some who usually attend from this area are unavailable this year.
~> Anyone interested in riding as a group?

I'm heading up on the Friday, staying 'til Sunday morning, gotta go early though - so will miss out on Henning's 'Sunday Prayers',
which is a pity because there's always good stuff happening at it
Anyone from around here heading up?, might stir Smacca & Smithy into coming down from Yass
Cheers
