I'd rather go slower and enjoy the trip, than see how many miles we can grind out each day. The trip is for fun, after all. I hope that the camping spots are near the turnoffs to motels.
As for a passenger, I won't have one unless my significant other wises up and dumps me. In that case, I'll do my utmost to show up with a sweet young thing far too many years my junior.

Wicked TAT Dates

Ok, lets shoot some dates out there. I have one bad week in October where I can't go October 21 and 22.

How about we shoot for the 11th through the 16th? I would like to be back in NC for the Airhead Ralley (16-18 Oct.)

Check you calendars and check in who would like to go.

I am all over taking our time and having fun!!!

Tat East on a Ural

Well, I guess it's just us Chickens going on this trip. Cool Beans! My wife is coming and possibly one or two more from Charlotte. All on bikes. I am working on one support vehicle with motorcycle trailer (needed this last time) with my Pop's driving it. Looking forward to the trip.

Any of you are welcome to come along!

Scott

Me and a buddy are riding it next week, otherwise we'd love to join you. I usually miss the party because I'm running late!

Meeting in Jellico TN

Jellico is the last exit off of I-75 (going North) before you cross into KY.
There is a Holiday Inn on the West side of I-75. Lets meet there Saturday afternoon/evening October 11th. We can hit the trail Sunday morning.

What do you guys think? Who will bring along a gps with the route plotted?
