Just read through your report. Way to go! Hoping to head up to Inuvik myself next summer. We'll see how much dirt I get in, seeing as I'm on a time budget. Being young and all with a job that doesn't let me take as long a vacation can be tough.

My parents met the same two riders in Northern Ontario on June 4, and took a picture for my sake. Just thought I'd pass it along:

I stopped at Zzr_Ron's place on my trip to Ontario whilst you were up north, and remembered hearing Ron and Steve talking about your trip and progress so far. Good to be able to read through your report and put a face, along with your excellent report, to your name! Them KLRs.. Gotta love 'em.

I passed through a lot of these places on the way to Inuvik on my XL600R in 1987. This report brought back memories in a way that many RR's of the same route haven't captured. Thanks!!
