For sure, don't come here. You wouldn't like it...

might not be any gas... (Kent, Oregon)

you might have to look at this... (Mt Hood near Shears Bridge)

there are wrecks along the road...

do you think they have gas?... (it is at Fort Rock)

bad weather... (Mt Hood along the Columbia River)

Thanks, it was a fun day.
I went up around this time last year to shoot some stock images before the snow closed the area down.

I did a write up about the day in my "nw photo ventures" blog. If you want to see how I went about making that shot check it out.

Very informative. Thanks for sharing how you created the shot. I've always wondered how to get what me eyes see to come out in my photos. I know there are different ways go about it depending on the situation but the way you did it is one I have not heard of before. It sure came out great!

I did not know you had a Blog. I'll have to read through it to see what other tips I can pick up. Do you use onOne Software's whole suite or just the Perfect Layers? I see they have a 30 day trial for both Windows and OSX. Is it hard to learn to use?

Sorry for getting off topic,

Jon...

I shot the falls going by at about 60 and it is right next to the highway.

This is what's at the end of the walkway.

NW Scout, Nice pictures of Trillium Lake. Some day I need to go see it in real life.

Tom Edison, I like the otter too, he looks like he's having quite the conversation with the wooden otter there.

Everyone, Keep those photos Northwet pics coming.
