Great winter pictures guys!!
Thanks

n16ht5, I love the waterfall pic

If you whites are looking grey you are under-exposed. The system that calculates exposure in modern cameras is aiming for middle grey, since everything is white it makes everything grey. If you have exposure compensation on you camera put in 1 to 1.5 of plus exposure compensation to get white whites

If your snow if blue then it is in the shade, if you camera has a shade setting in it's white balance settings use that, or else use the cloudy setting.

Here is a couple shots before the freezing rain started breaking trees and limbs through out the Willamette Valley. It was pretty till it got thick and ugly.

Spouting Horn/Devils Churn area on the Oregon Coast. I think near where Bruce H. took his photos.

Nice photos Bruce H.

Hey Tom E., those photos don't look PNWet, they look more Mexicoish. Did you take a trip south to get away from the cold? (They're pretty even if they aren't PNWet )

Well, it is the most Pacific NorthWet you can get , Makah Bay, very close to Cape Flattery the most NorthWest place in the lower 48. There is a very nice camp ground there also. The sun shines there occasionally .
Search-Hobuck Beach Campground-, the natives are always happy to see yah.

Oops, the one with the mountains does look NW but the water color in the other two water pictures looked like Baja to me. I have been out to Cape Flattery but not to the campground you mentioned. I'll have to do that one of these day. It looks like a great place to go.

This just show how many great places we have right in our backyard.

This one looks like Baja or Death Valley.
