Northwet is great. I love these foggy, cold riding conditions.
![]() When the sun comes out, half the sky is still overcast. ![]() Amazing place, brings out the colors in everything. ![]() City is mostly under a cover of fog, did i mention that i love foggy weather :)

Lummi Island. Yea, we have too many islands in the PNW and you can only ride at 45 mph max. Too slow a speed for other riders.
![]() Then of course there's the Tulip Festival in Mount Vernon which only happens in April for a month. Not worth coming over for a short bloom (the festival runs for a month but the tulips only bloom for a week or two before they are cut and exported).

And our river crossings are a bitch, you will need to invest in the biggest motorcycle you can get to make it...
(Those aren't panniers they are pontoons to help float the bike across)
