No packages yet, maybe today.

I was thinking, a nice Reisling would have gone well with the dessert delivery?

Did it go well?

I am not sure we were still around when it was delivered.

Any more thoughts about trucking the bike up vs riding it?

Oh I have few other pix of the campground and cabin I will post tonight.

You made some good points about trucking -vs- riding. I'll have to discuss it with the boss this weekend and see what her thoughts are on the matter.

Can you suggest some routes/roads in the area around the campground, other then the BRP, that we shouldn't miss?

Good lunch today folks. Since the talk got to cameras and mine was on the bike I should have gotten a picture, or had Mick take it. Alas, gotta come back next week... and someone have the TAG with em.

Present today,
Anders, Vizsla, Artlocks, Sixpack, NC-Okie, NCS, SpeedyG and a mystery guest who does it on 4 wheels. (and none of us had the TAG)

I just got done installing the BMW engine guard. Alot of tightening and loosening and tightening and loosening again. I could have used another set of hands.

Cons - It looks like it reduces ground clearance by about 1.5 inches and it adds about 3 lbs to an already heavy bike.

Pros - Alittle extra protection for the engine, and foot controls. I'll have to take it off everytime I change the oil, wtf's up with that?

Back to the thread. We had 8 ff's at lunch today, Is that a record?

Try it out... it may be that you have more protection from all the extra stuff you hit!

4 man tent

Stephen,
We would like to borrow the tent. That would be great. Thanks for the generous offer! I'll send you a pm.

Is it time again for another saga of "A Gracious Plenty" Will there be cougars and overturned bikes and startling surprises from the kitchen?

If I recall, Mick said he was going to take some pictures tomorrow of the bikers for the web site.

I'm a maybe, I have a meeting later that afternoon. Oh, plus... I just took the rear wheel off my bike. I got a new tire in the mail yesterday. So... no way I'm riding. :(
