Save the pic to your desktop and go to your control panel. Upload it by going through the browse button.

I've resided it to 70x70 pixels. this was in photoshop. than went and browsed and found it and tried to upload it, but than it said the filetype was still too big. I than adjusted the resolution from 180 to something lower like 72, and it was still too big. What am I doing wrong? do you still use it as a .jpg?

the one you did for me I saved to the desktop, and it just came out as .php
